Diablo Highball
Ingredients:
1.5oz. Ego Blanco
25 oz. Creme de Cassis
25 oz. Lime Juice
Top with Fever Tree Ginger Beer or brand of your choice
Directions: Build in a highball glass with Ice. Add Tequila, Crème de Cassis,
Lime Juice. Briefly stir those ingredients together. Top with Fever Tree
Ginger Beer. Garnish with skewered Blackberry and Lime Wheel.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Ego Reposado
1 oz. Lime Juice
.75 oz. Agave Syrup
Directions: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin. Shake vigorously. Strain into
Rocks glass with half rim of kosher salt. Garnish with Lime Wheel.
